Both times the software to fix Windows 10 said that Windows Defender was corrupt. After you add product key it completes in less than 40 mins. As far as I can tell I got lucky. Got a totally legit copy of MS windows 10 pro. Others have reported fishy looking disks, pre-opened items, already used CD-keys, however, I may have gotten lucky! The new OS is really great. But never have I had too many issues with them like the ones I have had with this trash system. Computer sellers may recommend it because of wanting to sell their products but I as a consumer would stick with Windows 7 or 8 until Microsoft comes out with a new system. Then again the consumer has the last word in making a decision of upgrading to this program or waiting for what lies in the future. So both are pretty decent and capable computers that I’ve enjoyed using with windows 7. I decided to do a clean install over Christmas of Windows 10 pro on my laptop with all the latest updates. In a nutshell it crashed twice in one week. Also seems slower than my windows 7 operating system. It does not seem stable enough to use for work purposes. So after a week decided to install windows 7 back on the Laptop. I just can’t risk my computer crashing in a work environment. I’m only giving this three start because I couldn’t load this on to my computer so am not sure the code is good or bad.
It’s Microsoft’s latest release of Windows. For Win Xp, 7, 8 versions, there is a definate learning curve. Things won’t be where you expect them to be. Logging in is necessary if you want services from Microsoft. A few apps require access to the MS cloud like One-Note and Office, but logging at boot up will get you linked up. E-m
