You never said that you were experienced. Any attitude that you are seeing is you inserting it. If someone doesn't know how to create a drafting view and add some annotation, I will always assume they are not experienced and have not had proper training. This is very basic stuff. There are plenty of resources for learning. Where are you trying to do this, a sheet or a view? As I stated before, link it to a view that will be placed on a sheet. I use drafting views for this, but please follow my previous advice. In the Manage Images dialog, select the image to place in the view.
