Mine came over email with in 24 hours but they also mail a hard copy sticker thingy for you files or to apply to the customer’s device. My son set out to build a computer. We methodically got all the parts and pieces and sat down together to build it. Got to the point of loading the operating system and NOTHING. Got online, watched videos, took the computer apart and still nothing. Finally I went back to read the reviews of all the things he ordered. Realized that many people found their Windows 10 stick was DOA. SO we downloaded directly to a stick we had. FINALLY our computer worked perfectly. Thanks Microsoft for low quality standards. Wasting half my weekend. I recommend reading up on it before buying or before committing to a full format of your computer.Otherwise, great product, exactly as advertised. You probably already know of, or have heard of, how Microsoft does β€œthings” to their operating systems.

It’s Microsoft’s latest release of Windows. For Win Xp, 7, 8 versions, there is a definate learning curve. Things won’t be where you expect them to be. Logging in is necessary if you want services from Microsoft. A few apps require access to the MS cloud like One-Note and Office, but logging at boot up will get you linked up. E-mail, too, if you are an Outlook user. MS Support is available, of course, as are a few Non-MS help web sites. I could not get this to install on my laptop. The vendor went out of his way to help me. If you want a Window 10 install, look at this vendor.
