Keyforrest Autocad 2018 Not Working: Pros And ConsMy lack of enthusiasm about the product stems from the forced sign in to Microsoft. Very invasive and frankly, typical of the direction technology is headed. You can still upgrade from a non windows 10 pc for free. It works however I could not give it 5 stars for the fact It not that user friendly like xp or window 7. Still try to get myself familiarize the the features. Do not install this on your computers because Windows 10 automatic updates will hold your computer hostage without no way to turn off automatic updates. Got this for my gaming PC build, it’s as close to bare-bones as you can get with major operating systems, works great for me.You can customize it to fit your specific needs, there are some great options. Worked as expected for my build. Genuine Windows 10 Pro licensed. Working well on the computer I installed it on in the living room. Mainly use for streaming media and playing games. And some checking of e-mail and Facebook. No problems so far, although the Edge browser does not seem to integrate with the Norton security from Comcast as yet. My windows10 pro was emailed to me and i had no problem downloading and activating windows. Thank you so much for your help. I got the license key. Tried it immediately.
Its sooo fast and I didnt even need to use any disk drivers for a fresh install. I had to install nonactivated Windows 10 Pro, for this to work. Still got an error that was solved by a restart/windows update.Could not use this with nonactivated Windows Home.Took way to long for me to activate. In my opinion the best OS released by Microsoft easy install. Great features on the OS and has been running great for about a year on my custom built desktop. USB was corrupt. Would blue screen the computer. Had to create my own installer on a jump drive and just use the code. Which defeated the purpose of ordering this. I recommend to use your own usb. Purchase the code separately. Just to give others a warning, If you tear the shrink wrap around this package before returning it, it will be considered open software, and you will not get most of your refund. I was not aware of this when I decided to go with a different version of windows, and now am now out over a hundred bucks. I wish they would have made this more clear before I returned it. Let this serve as a warning to anyone who buys this and then changes their mind. Rating this two stars so it will stand out from all the usual windows hate. I am very upset because I specifically ordered the USB version so I would not have to make my own boot up usb. I just want it to boot to Win 10. Haven’t figured out how to change that either. Would certainly appreciate any suggestions on these two issues. Since when does a full OEM version of Microsoft software not come with a product key / COA sticker? The program installed, but I’m not going to be a happy camper if I end up having to shuck out more money to activate this program. I suggest anyone reading keyforrest reviews deciding whether to purchase Windows 10 or not should go read some ACTUAL reviews from known tech sites and professional IT people. They paint a clearer picture as to the pros and cons of this OS without the ranting.As for my humble opinion regarding Windows 10, it is a worthy upgrade, and its FREE if you have 7 or 8. Its speedier, cleaner, and overall better OS than 7 or 8.People are averse to change. There is an uproar every time a new Windows comes out. Stay above the fray. Do your own research. You’ll be a more informed consumer for it. However, when I tried to scratch off the silver security patch covering the Product Key it just smeared and ended up destroying a portion of the product key, preventing me from activating the OS.
