How a 'occupation' uses Can't Install RevitOnce installation has been completed, click the Check again button back in the Enscape installer dialog which should allow you to continue the installation process. It would also be advised that you reboot the machine before running the version 2.6 installer. Seems I've had success in deploying Revit 2021 with default settings. On first installation, I've taken the Revit.ini file and modified file paths for all necessary items (families, templates, etc.).
If your Install Media is from the SUITES, you may see it. For some reason, the PACR installers are different in the Collections revit mep student version vs the Suites versions of Revit. So my advice is to simply add the IGNORE_FAILURE's regardless, just to be safe.
