Best 3d Mouse For Fusion 360 Autodesk Student Autocad 2022 - The Story

I'm sure there are a lot of users out there that have had a lot of experience. Tried different types of mice so I'm hoping you folks can provide me with some really good feedback. The 3D connection devices are not a replacement for the mouse. They are a tool for your left hand when using 3D software. Basically it runs your view (rotates / manipulates the 3d object), while you are free to work with your cad tools as usual with the mouse. I can tell you that as a Solidworks user, I can’t imagine not using a 3d mouse device for view control. We have Identical thin client setups one on the LAN where our CAD station is located and one at a remote site. There is some sort of Latency issue with the WAN connection that is all that is left to diagnose as both zero clients are exactly identical in every way and they both connect to the same CAD station. The only wild card is the Network connection. The only problem I have with this mouse now is the fact that it has me discontinued. This mouse has 12 programmable buttons all on the thumb side, but these buttons are designed in such a way that every button has a different shape. The scroll wheel supports smooth and ratcheted movements and you can even set the scrolling resistance in this mouse as per your preference. This has to be the most softball apologetic take on a blatantly anti-consumer, anti-community move by Autodesk. They’ve built a community of enthusiasts for years by opening up parametric CAD to the masses. It’s not like they’re sponsors here; they deserve to be rounded criticized for this unforced move. Just this week, I sent the fusion file for a personal project to a CNC shop for fabrication. Good thing I finished the design this month instead of the next, since they’re yanking all the export options. It was a pain to migrate existing projects from DSM to Fusion 360. Although I have noticed that I have to repeatedly click drop-down menus. Renaming also seems to jump through the command in milliseconds not allowing to rename. Unsure if this is a hardware or software issue. For my left hand, I use a Logitech G13 for all of my repeating commands. They no longer make this item so unsure which I would switch to if it ever dies on me. It also has a smooth and ratcheted spin metal scroll wheel that can be tilted to left and right as well and hence you can use it to navigate in any direction in 2D or 3D space.

I currently have a regular Logitech 3 button mouse which works fine but I'm looking to see if a 3D mouse might offer some benefits, both in ease of use and ergonomics. Not looking to buy the most expensive, just something that provides good value for the cost. Moving your non-mouse hand off the keyboard. Onto a 3D mouse increases productivity. The space mouse is what I've been looking at for the precise reasons you noted. The 3 button is getting a bit hard on my hand because of arthritis. I don't mind spending the money. From what I've looked at that sounds reasonable. You can set to have ratcheting feedback...or smooth fast scrollling. 3ds max 2010 design still zooms to center of viewport using scoll whell no matter what though... If you want smooth zooming about MOUSE POINT, use ALT-SCROLL WHELL CLICK -CTRL. Very nice design adn appealing, espeacilly when paired with keyboard... The scroll wheel doesn't have tactile feedback...doesn't spin well...too much drag. I don't know...but I think the NEWER stuff is good...not sure, but what i heard, maybe some pepole can verify.
