It’s four stars because of the annoying ad for trying microsoft office free and stuff. Also, instructions were unclear about where the activation key is. It looks nice, that’s for sure. However I do prefer this OS over 8.1 because i like the start menu of 7 better than 8.1 and they brought it back with 10. I would have gotten 7 but Directx 12 is apparently only compatible with windows 10.

Distracting bright title bars. After a few updates you autodesk inventor professional 2018 serial number. Product key can make limited changes to that. If you are coming from Windows 7 or earlier you are going to spend time hunting for things. Where’s the control panel, do I change that on the settings screen or on the control panel or somewhere else.
There weren’t hours of updates to wait to download and install. Everything was fairly quick and streamlined. It’s been about a week. I haven’t had any issues with anything yet. Edge is a great browser, but it doesn’t support extensions… not even an ad blocker, and it doesn’t support tracking protection lists like Internet Explorer does. IE is still in Windows 10, however, so if you like Internet Explorer, you’re not going to lose it. Also, there’s no forced tablet UI (it’s optional and basically expands the start menu into a Windows 8-like tablet interface).
A lot of people give Windows 8 a lot of flack, but i have not had any issue with it as of yet. But i did have on small irk - the metro tile bollocks. Straight away installed ClassicShell to get rid of that, and get my old start menu from Win7 back.
Installed fine, but once I went online, it said that my version of Windows β€œwas not authenticβ€, so i had to get a new one. Thank goodness keyforrest does returns. Not to happy with Microsoft 10, lots of changes and I’m not computer savy, wish that I hadn’t installed it. Arrived in good shape, easy to install. The Cd worked but the product key didnt. But i just called the number and entered in like a million numbers and it worked.
When it came to installing the operating system, we had an error message come up and we couldn’t proceed with the installation 0xc000021a. We swapped the USB provided with a known good USB and had no issues. The product key provided was fine. Got it on time , and the key worked… for a little bit. I installed windows no problem with the disk that came with it, but my PC said that the key didn’t work, so my Windows is not activated. It’s pathetic given the cost of the software. Had to contact Microsoft. They were able to fix it for me. Worked fine just not the product key. I built a new system so it was time to move to Windows 10 from Windows 7. To my surprise, I don’t hate it. It is close enough to Windows 7 that I barely even notice the difference anymore. I despised Windows 8. Thankfully 10 is nothing like it.
Such an easy install process. Highly recommends this product for your builds or upgrades. This was exactly what I needed. In fact it saved me from having to replace my laptop. The windows 10 free update had crashed my computer. It arrived quickly. Was well packaged too. And I have to re-learn. Get used to the feel of this version. But otherwise, things seem to work faster with it and more reliably. I still
